Collaborate with the finance department to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain project documentation, including contracts, permits, change orders, and other relevant records.
Prepare regular project status reports and communicate updates to the project team and management.
Ensure compliance with all necessary regulations, building codes, and permits.

Procurement and Supply Chain:

Collaborate with the procurement team to source and acquire materials, equipment, and services needed for each project.
Coordinate the delivery of materials to the construction site, ensuring timely availability.
Manage relationships with suppliers and negotiate favorable terms for the company.
Identify potential risks and challenges related to the project and develop risk mitigation strategies.
Work with safety and quality control teams to ensure adherence to safety guidelines and project specifications.
Handle insurance and warranty-related matters for residential projects.

Communication and
