Con Agg Services Ltd. is a fast-growing company in the construction industry with a location in both Steinbach and Winnipeg. We operate a large fleet of concrete pumps and stone slingers. We are currently looking for a reliable, hardworking Concrete Pump Operator to join our growing team at either one of our locations.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced construction environment.
Requirements:- Valid Class 3 License with Air Brake Endorsement or Class 1 License.
- Experience operating concrete pumps is considered a strong asset. (No previous experience on a pump necessary as we are willing to train the right candidate with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.)
- Ability to work long hours during peak construction season.
- Physically fit and capable of heavy lifting, climbing, repetitive movement, and working in all weather conditions.
- Must be able to work well with customers and construction crew members as well as independently.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Mechanical knowledge, working in concrete or construction, or previous experience operating heavy equipment are considered huge assets.
- Be able to problem solve and work under pressure.
- Safely operate and maintain concrete pumping equipment.
- Complete pre-trip inspections and daily equipment check.
- Safely drive to and from multiple job sites per day.
- Set up and tear down pump systems efficiently and safely.
- Communicate effectively with crew members, dispatch, and customers on site.
- Maintain clean and organized equipment and work areas.
- Complete and submit daily job slips and hazard assessments.
- Follow all company safety policies and provincial regulations.
- Review and complete safety documents as required.
- Assist with general labour duties as required.

This position is full-time and consists of early morning starts, some longer days, as well as the occasional Saturday during peak season.
