Key Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of estimating for small and large projects

• Conduct quantity takeoffs for materials and labor

• Assist in organizing and archiving all bidding documents

• Support lead estimator in preparing and reviewing tenders

• Develop relationships with subtrade partners for pricing

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in related field or trade experience

• Minimum 2 years of construction estimating experience

• Knowledge of construction specifications and methods

• Familiarity with various bidding options and methodologies

• Strong skills in Microsoft Office and estimating software
