Middle Ground Housing is growing rapidly and is seeking a skilled Project Manager with at least 5 years of relevant experience. You will manage projects from pre-construction to completion, ensuring budgets, schedules, and quality standards are met. Your expertise will guide consultants, contractors, and stakeholders throughout the construction lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead multi-residential projects from planning to close-out

• Oversee project budgets, schedules, and stakeholder coordination

• Conduct regular site visits and manage project documentation

• Develop construction schedules using Microsoft Project

• Promote a culture of health, safety, and quality

Requirements:

• 5–10 years in construction project management

• Experience in wood frame multi-residential projects

• Proficient with Microsoft Project and Office

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
