In this permanent on a temporary basis role, you will report to the Design & Construction Engineer. You will be responsible for site inspection services, coordinating construction inspections, and contract administration for capital works projects. Your skills in prioritization and effective team management are essential for the successful execution of inspections and project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate construction inspection services for technicians

• Manage contract administration for capital works

• Conduct worksite safety inspections

• Review project drawings and specifications

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations

Requirements:

• Diploma in Engineering Technology

• Membership in C.T.T.A.M. as C.E.T.

• Five years of contract administration experience

• Knowledge of municipal design standards

• Valid Class 5 Manitoba Driver's Licence
