This role offers the chance to coordinate building projects and ensure compliance across Manitoba.
As a Building Projects Technologist, you'll support the planning and execution of construction and renovation projects. Collaborate with stakeholders, provide technical expertise, and ensure adherence to building codes and standards. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be crucial in delivering projects efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support planning and delivery of renovation projects
• Prepare and review technical documents and cost estimates
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance
• Provide technical advice for project-related matters
• Collaborate with contractors and regulatory agencies
Requirements:
• Civil Engineering Technology Diploma or equivalent experience
• Experience with construction documentation and CAD software
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Knowledge of building codes and compliance
• Valid Manitoba Class 5F Driver's Licence
