As a Project Manager, you will be vital in supporting industrial construction projects across the Central region, including site visits in Northern US and Canada. You will oversee multifaceted programs involving HVAC, roofing, and various structural projects, ensuring compliance with safety requirements and implementation of quality procedures. This role is critical in meeting strategic business goals while fostering relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress
• Manage budgets, schedules, and quality for projects
• Lead HVAC asset assessments and replacements
• Mentor junior staff and provide training
• Prepare detailed project reports and documentation
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or 5 years of experience
• Minimum of 4 years in project management
• Strong background in industrial real estate projects
• Valid driver's license required
• Currently authorized to work in the US
