This role focuses on creating clear visual communication for brand, marketing, campaign, and digital projects. You will turn briefs, content, and brand direction into practical visual materials across several formats. The work combines concept development, layout, production, and careful adaptation across client needs.
You will work with designers, marketers, strategists, producers, developers, and client-service teams. Clear communication, reliable follow-through, and careful work are expected.
AI-assisted tools may be used for visual research, image exploration, content preparation, resizing, production checks, and presentation support. All AI-assisted work must be reviewed for accuracy, relevance, confidentiality, and fit before it is shared or used.
Essential duties:
Create graphic design for campaigns, social media, presentations, websites, email, and print materials.
Develop layouts using approved brand direction, content, and project briefs.
Adapt approved designs across formats, channels, sizes, and client applications.
Prepare mockups and presentation materials for internal and client review.
Make revisions accurately and maintain visual consistency across related assets.
Prepare final files for digital publishing, print, or production handoff.
Organize source files, images, links, versions, and reusable assets.
Review work for typography, alignment, image quality, content accuracy, and completeness.
Essential requirements:
Portfolio or comparable examples showing practical graphic-design capability.
Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, Canva, or comparable design tools.
Strong typography, layout, visual hierarchy, and production attention.
Holds a valid Dex Professional Specialist Certification (DEX-PSP) in the Arts, Media & Creative Production domain.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience supporting multiple clients, brands, or campaigns.
Experience with digital, social, email, web, and print formats.
Basic motion, illustration, or image-retouching experience.
