We are looking to connect with a freelance videographer based in Winnipeg for ongoing, project-based work.

• Shoot content specifically for social media platforms (Instagram, Tik Tok, Reels)
• Understand short-form video pacing, hooks, and framing
• Capture content that feels natural, human, and engaging
• Work efficiently on-site with brand ambassadors

• Film short-form video content on location for various clients
• Follow creative direction, shot lists, and content strategy
• Capture a variety of angles, formats, and sequences for editing flexibility
• Collaborate with team members including strategists, creators, and brand leads
• Ensure footage is optimized for social formats

• Based in or near Winnipeg, Ontario
• Own professional video equipment
• Access to a vehicle and ability to travel locally to shoots
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, on-site environments
• Able to accommodate shoots with approximately 1–2 weeks’ notice
• Strong understanding of social media content (not just traditional video)

• Experience shooting for brands, businesses, or social media campaigns
• Familiarity with current social media trends and formats
• Ability to direct basic movement or guide subjects during filming

Project-based / per-shoot compensation (varies by scope) Paid per agreed project rate
