Position: Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–5:00 PM

Compensation: $17-26/hour + Performance Bonuses + Full Benefits

About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers — the friendly voice and problem-solver who ensures every interaction leaves them feeling valued and informed. You’ll work closely with our Service and Maintenance teams to schedule appointments, manage membership renewals, and keep our customers smiling.

This position is perfect for someone who is motivated, energetic, and passionate about customer service. If you thrive in a fast-paced call center environment and love helping people, you’ll fit right in.

What You’ll Do
  • Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally (within three rings)
  • Schedule maintenance and service calls efficiently and accurately
  • Make outbound customer service and follow-up calls
  • Explain and promote Camflo’s Dove Club Membership program
  • Support marketing and customer outreach initiatives
  • Assist with customer billing, renewals, and database updates
  • Maintain accurate customer records and service history
  • Collaborate with technicians and the call center team to deliver seamless service
  • Consistently drive customer satisfaction — every call, every time
