In this role, you will be the first point of contact for existing and potential members. Key Responsibilities:
• Create positive impressions as a member's first contact
• Resolve inquiries through phone, chat, and email
• Identify cross-selling opportunities for products
• Ensure adherence to risk management and security protocols
• Foster communication with other departments for efficiency
Requirements:
• Grade 12 diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year in customer/member service
• Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Basic financial risk management knowledge
Deliver outstanding financial service and support to members at Access Credit Union.
