As a Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for data entry tasks that include maintaining databases, responding to customer inquiries, and managing mailing processes. Your ability to sort mail and file documents efficiently will be key to supporting Answer Net's service quality. Strong typing skills and proficiency in English are vital for effective performance in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and update customer databases and account info
• Respond to customer queries through phone and email
• Sort and weigh incoming and outgoing mail
• Compile information for computer entry effectively
• Process client exports and deposits accurately
Requirements:
• Familiarity with mail sorting and postage meter tools
• Proficient computer skills for data management
• Highly organized with attention to detail
• Good command of written and spoken English
• High school diploma or equivalent
