Join Beneva as a hybrid Customer Service Agent, supporting clients and advisors in the GTA and Western Canada. Deliver exceptional service while navigating financial products and tools.
In this full-time role within the Partner and Client Services contact center, you'll be instrumental in guiding financial security advisors and brokers through inquiries about insurance and investment products.
Your role will entail utilizing various sales tools to assist clients effectively and ensuring seamless communication between sales partners and the head office, all while meeting call center benchmarks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Address front-line inquiries from financial advisors
• Troubleshoot issues related to sales tools
• Communicate effectively with partners and clients
• Drive customer retention and satisfaction initiatives
• Assist in managing inbound call queues
Requirements:
• University degree or college diploma required
• 3-5 years of relevant customer service experience
• Knowledge in savings and investments highly beneficial
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Availability for shift work from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm EST
