Key Responsibilities:
• Gather demographic and symptom-related data from callers
• Exhibit exceptional customer service during interactions

Requirements:
• High School Diploma;
College diploma in related fields preferred
• Fluency in French and English, both orally and in writing
• Call centers or healthcare experience is a plus
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends
