You will assist with deposits, resolve account inquiries, and promote credit union products to enhance member relationships. Key Responsibilities:
• Process various financial transactions effectively
• Balance cash drawers and daily deposits
• Address member inquiries via phone, email, or in-person
• Educate members about products and services
• Maintain adherence to credit union policies
Requirements:
• Grade 12 diploma or equivalent required
• 1 year of experience in customer/member service
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic knowledge of risk management in finance
Contribute to building strong member connections and supporting Access Credit Union's mission of service excellence.
