Key Responsibilities:

• Process transactions including deposits and loans accurately

• Resolve member account issues efficiently and professionally

• Balance daily cash drawer and ATM transactions

• Communicate product benefits and secure member sales

• Participate in community engagement initiatives

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Attention to detail and accuracy

• Basic knowledge of financial risk management
