In this pivotal position reporting to the Manager, Visitor Services, you'll supervise a talented team while fostering a culture of respect and innovation.
Your role includes training staff, implementing engaging visitor interactions, and overseeing POS systems. You'll ensure a welcoming museum environment, focused on accessibility and meaningful experiences for all visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and schedule Visitor Services team effectively
• Develop goals aligned with the Museum’s strategic plan
• Curate engaging, inclusive visitor experiences
• Implement best practices for accurate operations
• Act as system administrator for POS systems
Requirements:
• Degree in relevant field, or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years in leadership roles, preferably in customer service
• Proficiency in English and French
• Strong experience with POS systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
