Key Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional service to clients and members
• Respond to inquiries via phone and email effectively
• Analyze claim submissions and ensure data accuracy
• Help users navigate the online portal and mobile app
• Implement corrective actions for service improvement
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of relevant customer care experience
• Proficient in Spanish and English, both spoken and written
• Willingness to work flexible hours between 7am to 7pm
• Excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail
• Experience with application-based systems is preferred
