In this on-site role, you will liaise between airline customers and our operational departments, ensuring timely service delivery and accurate billing. You'll be responsible for monitoring and reporting on meal and aircraft logistics, handling urgent requests, and coordinating the team to meet customer needs. Your effective communication will enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and communicate meal and aircraft movements
• Work closely with the Toronto central office
• Respond promptly to urgent customer requests
• Guide staff in the absence of a supervisor
• Ensure accurate billing and order management
Requirements:
• High school or college diploma required
• Previous customer service experience is essential
• Background in time-sensitive environments is preferred
• Strong organization and problem-solving skills
• Intermediate computer skills, particularly with ERP systems
Utilize your customer service skills to support our airline partners and enhance operational excellence as a Load Controller.
