This role is part of CBRE’s vibrant Call Center team, ideal for candidates who excel in customer service. Key Responsibilities:
• Address incoming service requests across multiple channels
• Create and manage service request work orders
• Coordinate meetings and necessary logistics
• Maintain updates in customer databases and spreadsheets
• Propose enhancements to existing team processes
Requirements:
• Bilingual in French and English
• Excellent communication skills
• Attention to detail with tech proficiencies
• Previous experience in customer service
• Capability to work well in a team environment
