Become a key player at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® in Winnipeg as a Customer Service Representative.

Your role will center around exceptional customer interactions, building rapport, and achieving sales goals from day one.

This full-time position is rooted in teamwork and customer satisfaction at the largest franchise moving company in North America. You will partner with the franchise owner to grow sales and develop strong customer relationships while utilizing your product knowledge. Your ability to communicate effectively and handle customer inquiries will lead to increased brand loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

• Grow sales by collaborating with the franchise owner

• Serve as the first contact for customer inquiries

• Educate customers on services and policies

• Prepare daily move-related documentation

• Conduct follow-up calls for customer feedback

Requirements:

• Six months to one year in customer service or sales

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Strong teamwork and selling strategies

• Excellent listening and communication skills
