Position: Casino Service Attendant for Player Services
Enhance guest experiences as a Casino Service Attendant at a dynamic gaming venue. Deliver outstanding customer service while assisting with events and casino operations.

Reporting to the Shift Supervisor in Player Services, you will provide support across various departments and ensure guest satisfaction. This role requires knowledge of casino products and the ability to communicate effectively with guests. Your previous experience in customer service and cash handling will be essential for success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist guests with coat and garment storage

• Provide information on games and upcoming events

• Validate tickets for shows and tournaments

• Monitor bingo areas and call serial numbers

• Process club card applications accurately

Requirements:

• Minimum one year in cash handling customer service

• Ability to work flexible shifts in a 24/7 environment

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Bilingual in French and English is a plus

• Familiarity with gaming industry operations
