Key Responsibilities:
• Provide customer service for flight inquiries and fare details
• Prepare boarding passes and complete passenger manifests
• Check baggage and calculate excess costs
• Trace lost or delayed baggage for customers
• Relay operational messages to the control department
Requirements:
• Experience with computerized reservation systems
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Punctual and dependable work ethic
• Physical capacity for some heavy lifting
• Bilingual in French and English;
Cree knowledge is a plus
