This role is a temporary full-time position focused on improving visitor interactions while reporting to the Manager of Visitor Services. You will provide leadership to staff, develop team goals, and ensure that visitor experiences are both meaningful and seamless through effective systems management and policy implementation. Your collaboration will be essential in maintaining high operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and train the Visitor Services team
• Develop strategies for meaningful visitor engagement
• Ensure operational accuracy through cash balance sheets
• Maintain and optimize the Museum’s POS systems
• Support ongoing training and operational efficiencies
Requirements:
• University degree or relevant combination of education and experience
• 3-5 years in leadership within customer service or similar
• Proficient in both English and French
• Experience with POS software systems
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities
