Key Responsibilities:
• Identify customer banking needs and offer guidance
• Handle large volumes of calls and chats

• Resolve issues on first contact whenever possible

Requirements:
• Minimum 1-3 years in customer service or call center positions
• At least one year in a banking environment
• Relevant post-secondary degree preferred
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong adaptation skills in a fast-paced setting
