Education:

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Experience:

Will train.
Responsibilities   Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas.
Provide basic information to clients and the public.
Obtain and process information required to provide customer service.
Record and relay information.
Perform clerical duties, such as filing and sorting and distributing mail.
Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages.
Provide customer service.
Requirements   Ability to work independently in a rapid-paced environment.
Attention to detail.
Combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
Personal suitability for the role.
Efficient interpersonal skills.
Excellent oral communication.
Organized, reliable, team player.
