We are looking for a motivated Passenger Service Agent to work casually at Winnipeg's YWG airport. This role requires exceptional skills in customer service, where you will help passengers with check-ins and reservations. Your contribution to our team ensures that every traveling experience is seamless and pleasant for all passengers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist passengers from curbside check-in to boarding

• Perform reservations and manage flight changes

• Check in passenger baggage and issue boarding passes

• Provide information on flights and routes clearly

• Ensure safe passenger movement throughout the terminal

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Strong customer service abilities required

• Ability to work under pressure and independently

• Must secure Enhanced Security Clearance

• Availability for shift work, including nights and weekends
