In this full-time, permanent position, you will play a crucial role in the Food & Ingredients Division. We are looking for individuals with a proactive approach and at least 3 years of experience in customer service, particularly in distribution or manufacturing. Your responsibilities will include processing orders, ensuring data accuracy in JD Edwards, and fostering communication with logistics and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist Account Manager in managing client territories
• Process and manage customer orders with precision
• Keep customers updated on their order status
• Collaborate with logistics and operations teams
• Provide documentation support for customer inquiries
Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years in customer service roles
• College diploma in business or related field
• Familiarity with JD Edwards, Salesforce, Microsoft Office
• Bilingual communication skills in French and English
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
