This full time in‑person role involves making numerous outbound calls and handling service‑related inquiries. You will engage with customers to ensure their needs are met and help streamline the service department's operations.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct 80-100 outbound calls to customers daily
- Follow up on all service inquiries promptly
- Reach back to past customers for service follow‑ups
- Take on additional tasks as required
- Experience in customer service roles mandatory
- Excellent communication and phone etiquette
- Dealership experience preferred but not essential
- Comfort with technology and computer operations
- Passionate about achieving production goals
