This part-time Ambassador position is essential for creating a welcoming environment in downtown Winnipeg. You will engage with diverse individuals, assist with business promotions, and support various Downtown BIZ initiatives.
Your role is key in fostering relationships and ensuring the smooth operation of downtown events.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as an on-street concierge for visitors
• Escort individuals to their destinations downtown
• Promote Downtown BIZ programs and events
• Participate in BIZ and third-party event assistance
• Help with routine BIZ operational tasks
Requirements:
• Customer service experience required
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with digital reporting tools
• Valid Class Five Driver’s License is advantageous
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings
