This temporary position calls for enthusiastic individuals with retail or administrative support experience. You will efficiently handle inquiries about reservations and provide essential vehicle information while ensuring customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include managing calls effectively and delivering high-quality service throughout your shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Answer incoming calls on reservations and general inquiries
• Assist customers with rental needs in person and by phone
• Manage outgoing calls for accounts receivable
• Process returns and check-ins accurately
• Market services while providing exemplary customer assistance
Requirements:
• Minimum one year of customer service experience
• High school diploma or above needed
• Valid Canadian driver's license required
• Authorized to work in Canada without sponsorship
• At least 18 years of age
