Key Responsibilities- Guide clients from signup to active use of the product
- Deliver personalized onboarding sessions or group demos
- Tailor onboarding strategies to clients’ goals
- Create and update onboarding resources for self-service
- Analyze user feedback to recommend actionable improvements
- 1–3+ years in Customer Success or Onboarding roles
- Bachelor’s degree completion required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with SaaS platforms and AI tools
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and Salesforce
