Position: Customer Service Role Monday to Friday
Become a vital part of Birchwood as a Customer Service Representative, where your communication and multitasking abilities directly impact client relationships. This position is perfect for those who thrive in technology-driven environments, working weekdays from 9 am to 5:30 pm.

Reporting to the Contact Centre Manager, this role requires engaging with Birchwood’s clients through appointments booked by calls, texts, and emails. Familiarity with automotive services is advantageous, as is previous experience in a call center to enhance client interactions and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Use text, calls, and emails to book client appointments

• Organize and prioritize tasks to address urgent client needs

• Communicate clearly to maintain strong relationships

• Leverage technology for operational tasks and client management

• Ensure professionalism and accuracy in all interactions

Requirements:

• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

• Comfortable with multitasking in a fast-paced environment

• Valid driver’s license and transportation to work

• Prior call center experience preferred

• Knowledge of the automotive industry is a plus
