This hybrid role offers 3 days on-site work per week, perfect for a service-oriented professional with strong communication skills. You will manage client inquiries, facilitate account administration, and maintain compliance with service standards in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:
• Support advisors with account administration and documentation
• Communicate with clients to address their inquiries
• Manage incoming requests across various communication channels
• Research and resolve escalated client concerns effectively
• Maintain compliance with established processes and standards
Requirements:
• 2+ years of client service experience in financial services
• Post-secondary education in Business or Finance
• Fully bilingual in English and French
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
