As a key member of the Service Department, you will be the first point of contact for clients.
Your role involves efficiently coordinating service appointments, processing work orders, and resolving customer concerns. Bring your skills in customer service to craft a positive atmosphere for all who visit.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional service via phone, email, and in-person
• Coordinate scheduling and customer convenience services
• Support technicians by processing work orders accurately
• Address and resolve customer concerns professionally
• Maintain organized documentation and communication flow
Requirements:
• 1-2 years in customer service or administration
• Automotive or dealership experience preferred
• Proficient with computer systems and software
• Excellent attention to detail and adaptability
• Valid driver’s license and flexible retail hour availability
