In this role, you will serve as the main point of contact for client accounts, managing relationships and customizing services based on their specific needs. Your expertise in understanding industry trends will empower clients to maximize their product usage and achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain regular communication to ensure client satisfaction
• Facilitate onboarding and training sessions effectively
• Monitor account health and suggest actionable improvements
• Collaborate cross-departmentally to resolve client issues
• Prepare concise, actionable reports tailored for clients
Requirements:
• 2–5 years in customer relationship management
• Strong communication skills across all organizational levels
• Results-oriented with solid analytical capabilities
• Understanding of compliance and health & safety issues
• Experience with similar platforms preferred
