Become a key member of the RS Express Ltd. transportation team as a Customer Service Representative. This position demands attention to detail and excellent communication in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage inbound and outbound customer communications
• Deliver accurate service, pricing, and scheduling info
• Monitor service orders, informing customers accordingly
• Identify service issues, resolving or escalating as necessary
• Enter customer orders in courier software accurately
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year in a customer service role
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office and courier software
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to solve problems and prioritize tasks
• Satisfactory Criminal Record Check required
