Position: Customer-Focused Return Agent Role
Enterprise Mobility is hiring a Return Agent at our Winnipeg branch. Provide friendly and efficient service during the vehicle rental return process with a focus on customer satisfaction.

As a Return Agent, you will assist customers throughout the rental return process while maintaining accurate documentation. Responsibilities include vehicle inspections, effective resolution of customer issues, and ensuring organization in the lot area. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and a commitment to represent the company positively to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers through the rental return process

• Document vehicle mileage, fuel level, and damages

• Resolve customer service concerns efficiently

• Help maintain a well-organized lot for traffic flow

• Ensure a clean and orderly workspace

Requirements:

• At least 18 years of age

• High School Diploma or equivalent required

• Valid Manitoba Class 5I or Class 5F driver's license

• One year of customer service experience needed

• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
