This role reports directly to the Hail Centre Manager. The successful candidate will excel in communication, manage inquiries from both phone and walk-in customers, and handle paperwork for hail repair orders. Your ability to build rapport and provide a seamless customer experience is crucial for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Communicate necessary repairs and costs to customers
• Manage phone and walk-in inquiries efficiently
• Complete paperwork for hail repair orders accurately
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
• Maintain attention to detail while delivering service
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Business preferred
• Proven commitment to customer satisfaction
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft applications
• Valid driver's license and clean driver abstract
