Customer Service Hail Consultant

The successful candidate will excel in communication, manage inquiries from both phone and walk-in customers, and handle paperwork for hail repair orders. • Communicate necessary repairs and costs to customers

• Manage phone and walk-in inquiries efficiently

• Complete paperwork for hail repair orders accurately

• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in Business preferred

• Proven commitment to customer satisfaction

• Strong time management and organizational skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft applications

• Valid driver's license and clean driver abstract
