In this Tier 1 role, you will respond to diverse inquiries, ensuring effective resolutions while explaining Teladoc services in both English and French. Your outstanding communication and problem-solving skills are essential for navigating challenges and providing crucial information to patients and members.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound calls and digital inquiries professionally
• Resolve patient and member issues efficiently
• Provide clear information on Teladoc services to patrons
• Maintain organization while managing competing priorities
• Address crisis situations calmly and effectively
Requirements:
• Bi-lingual in English and French is required
• Strong empathy for engaging with members
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced workplace
• Prior customer service experience is preferred
