Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer care.
Interact with plan members, clients, advisors, and service providers via phone and email to respond to inquiries about claims, eligibility, and services.
Ensure that service standards are met or exceeded.
Obtain, analyze, and verify the accuracy of claim submissions and data.
Assist members with the online portal and mobile app.
Assist service providers with the online portal for submission of claims.
Initiate and/or implement correct action as needed to maintain an excellent standard of service and a high level of client satisfaction.
Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of customer care experience (insurance, health, and dental benefits claims is an asset).
Fluency in both Spanish and English (written and verbal).
Flexible working hours – willing to complete an 8-hour shift between 7:00am and 7:00pm (Central).
Strong communication skills and excellent attention to detail.
Technical knowledge of application‑based system.
A desire to provide exceptional customer service and a valuable experience to clients.

Compensation The base salary for this position is between $45,000 and $55,000 annually. This represents the base salary only and does not include other variable compensation components of the total compensation package.
