Join The Home Depot as a Service Desk Support Associate, where your focus will be on ensuring customer satisfaction through effective order management. Help customers find the right solutions for their projects.
In this role, you will manage Customer Order Management processes for special orders and installations. Your responsibilities will include acting as a liaison among customers, the Project Support Centre, and various stakeholders. You will resolve customer issues and coordinate order activities to guarantee satisfaction and timely deliveries.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end Customer Order Management processes
• Act as a liaison among customers and service providers
• Resolve customer issues quickly and effectively
• Coordinate with vendors and installers for timely services
• Track and update customers on their order status
Requirements:
• Experience in customer service roles
• Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
• Excellent communication skills
• Problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to develop skills further through training
