As a Customer Service Representative, you will interact directly with customers, ensuring a seamless experience after their vehicles are involved in accidents. This one-year contract role will enable you to develop significant skills in customer relations and automotive processes while working in a modern autobody facility.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide positive first impressions through customer interactions
• Assist clients with claims and repair process inquiries
• Proactively update customers about their vehicles
• Ensure accurate claim documentation with insurance companies
• Walk customers through vehicle repairs upon delivery
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of Manitoba Public Insurance is a plus
• 2+ years of customer service experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Strong focus on customer satisfaction
