Make an impact in client relations as a Current Business Service Representative at CLIC in a hybrid model. This bilingual role is vital for effectively managing inquiries and supporting clients.
In this role, you will be the go-to person for Advisors, Brokers, and clients, utilizing your English and French language skills. Your responsibilities include managing inquiries and facilitating communication between various departments to ensure proper processing of Individual Life New Business.
Your role is crucial for maintaining relationships and addressing any arising issues.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inquiries related to CLIC and CUMIS New Business
• Proactively reach out to advisors on business cases
• Gather information from underwriting and policy change teams
• Document and pass files to underwriters accurately
• Follow up on post-issue requirements with advisors
Requirements:
• At least 1 year of experience in a relevant field
• Familiarity with Individual Life processes is advantageous
• Certifications LOMA 281 and 291 are beneficial
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Adherence to confidentiality practices
