In this role, you'll represent the spirit of BCP while interacting with guests directly. As a Reservations Sales Specialist, you will guide callers through their booking process and sell the exceptional experiences awaiting them in Banff. This position blends customer service excellence with your passion for adventure in a beautiful setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Professionally handle incoming reservation calls
• Develop rapport while addressing client questions
• Promote Banff's hotels and attractions in each booking
• Counsel clients on travel guidelines and cancellation policies
• Liaise effectively with Front Office and booking teams
Requirements:
• Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor
• Positive attitude and commitment to guest service
• Experience in hospitality or customer service valued
• Knowledge of property management systems an asset
• Ability to work flexible hours, including holidays
