As a Reservations Sales Specialist, you will guide callers through their booking process and sell the exceptional experiences awaiting them in Banff. Key Responsibilities:

• Professionally handle incoming reservation calls

• Develop rapport while addressing client questions

• Promote Banff's hotels and attractions in each booking

• Counsel clients on travel guidelines and cancellation policies

• Liaise effectively with Front Office and booking teams

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor

• Positive attitude and commitment to guest service

• Experience in hospitality or customer service valued

• Knowledge of property management systems an asset

• Ability to work flexible hours, including holidays
