• Manage customer communication through various mediums
• Support appointment bookings and cancellations

Requirements:
• Minimum of 1 year of sales experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Availability for 20+ hours per week
• Flexible scheduling, available weekdays and weekends
• Commitment to teamwork and personal accountability
