Key Responsibilities:
• Address public inquiries and consumer complaints promptly
• Gather and analyze data related to consumer disputes
• Determine compliance of regulated entities with legislation
• Record consumer interactions accurately in the CRM
• Provide support in reception and expert suggestions
Requirements:
• College or university degree or equivalent experience
• Fluency in Canadian French and English preferred
• 1-3 years of client service experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Analytic mindset for resolving issues
Support Ontario Energy Board in building consumer trust and regulatory success.
