This position is well-suited for individuals with retail or administrative experience. You will address calls regarding reservations and provide crucial vehicle information while maintaining high customer satisfaction. Effective call management will be a core aspect of your role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Answer incoming calls on reservations and general inquiries
• Assist customers with their rental needs in person and by phone
• Manage outgoing calls for accounts receivable
• Process returns and check-ins accurately
• Market services while providing exemplary customer assistance
Requirements:
• Minimum one year of customer service experience
• High school diploma or above needed
• Valid Canadian driver's license required
• Authorized to work in Canada without sponsorship
• At least 18 years of age
