Join Premier Truck Group as a Service Advisor and advance your career. Engage with customers, manage service needs, and ensure effective vehicle documentation in a supportive workplace.
In this role, you'll connect with customers both face-to-face and on the phone. Your responsibilities will include setting service appointments, reviewing customer requirements, and managing all vehicle service records. Collaboration and exceptional communication will be crucial for maximizing customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone
• Set up service appointments and respond to inquiries
• Explain vehicle assessments clearly to customers
• Present assessment outcomes for customer approval
• Manage warranty details and payment transactions
Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED is a must
• Relevant education or hands-on experience in automotive services
• Proficient communication and customer service skills
• Detail-oriented documentation handling required
• Must be available Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5:30 pm
