This full-time position focuses on nurturing relationships with existing clients of GroupHEALTH. You will gather feedback, address issues, and work alongside experienced teams to enhance the client’s journey. Your ability to listen and problem-solve will ensure that clients feel valued and engaged.
Key Responsibilities:
• Contact clients to complete experience surveys regularly
• Resolve client concerns in collaboration with internal teams
• Monitor and track client feedback through CRM tools
• Ensure consistent follow-up on all client interactions
• Attend retention meetings for continuous learning
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of related experience in customer retention
• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant diploma is a plus
• Insurance group benefits experience is an advantage
• Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
